HOW TO ORDER

Ordering through our shopping cart system is simple and straightforward. You can order from Pidrus Online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As you browse through our online catalog, simply add any item that interests you to the cart. You may easily remove or change the quantity of any item in the cart. To return back to the "Shopping Cart" click the "View Cart" button located on all pages in the upper right corner of all pages. Please use our shopping cart system even if you intend to mail in your order as the cart keeps track of shipping costs.

All Payments Must Be In U.S. Dollars.

Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For fastest delivery we suggest that you order online by credit card. The security features of our shopping cart system ensure that online transactions are as safe as shopping at your local grocery store.

Your credit card will be processed within 48 hours of placing your order. At the time your order is placed, Pidrus Online obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of your order.

Please note: To avoid delays in processing your order, the information you provide to us in the billing information and credit card information sections of the order form must exactly match the information currently on file with your card issuer.

Checks: Personal checks are subject to clearance prior to shipment of orders. Use a money order for faster processing.

Fax Orders: Due to increased spam on our fax, please contact us by email to let us know you are planning to send your order via fax.

Purchase Orders: We accept purchase orders from businesses and schools in the US only. Before submitting a purchase order, please contact us first by e-mail to receive special discounts and to ensure availability of the desired items. All PO's must include a contact name and phone number. Completed PO's may be faxed. Open Account Orders please fax references including bank account.

SHIPPING

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. UPS is also used for larger shipments. We can ship FEDEX if you have an account number. Most orders are shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon receipt of payment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight.

SALES TAX

Washington State residents are subject to a 7.7% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY

All products we sell are backed by a 30-day warranty. All returns require a prior Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All items must be returned with their original packaging and documentation (if applicable). This guarantee precludes the return of items damaged through misuse or abuse. ALL returns must include Invoice # and date of our shipment.

Please e-mail us for an RMA # before returning any item. Credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the original credit card account only.

We ask customers to supply various personal data during the order process, such as name and address, credit-card information, and e-mail address. We use this data only for the purpose of processing an order, or communicating with the customer or supplier about the status of an order.
We treat this customer information as private and confidential, and we will not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. We will not distribute customer information to be used in mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.
